Responsibilities:

• Implemen t our cu rriculum

• Establish and maintain standards for students performance which can be quantitatively and q uali tatively evaluated

• Execute lesson plan s an d instru ctional materials

• Develop knowle dge and skills essential to effectively teach

students in the level assi gned

• Promote and foster students c ritical and creative thinking

We are looking for candidates that:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degr ee i n any fi eld; E ducation, Psychology, English Language, Early Childhood Education or Literature preferred

• Minimu m 1- 3 years of teaching experience at the K-12 levels; 1-2 years experience with teach-ing Chinese students is preferred

• Interest to co ntribute to the company during outside activities, such as an athletic coach, summer camp, o r otherwise preferred

• Flexibility in geographic location

• R elevant teaching certification is required (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA etc..)
• Good appearance, sincere, outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills are a must

• Positive attitude, team player, and professional conduct a must
• Tutoring or in-home teaching a plus
• Having outstanding h obbies o r other talent s welcomed
